Ingredients

  • 1 pound DI LUSSO® Choice Black Angus Roast Beef, sliced thick
  • 3 cups mixed greens
  • 3 cups kale
  • 1 cup roasted red and golden beets, sliced
  • ¼ red onion, sliced thin
  • ¼ cup pine nuts
  • ¾ cup dried currants
  • ¼ pound goat cheese
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette

Directions

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens and kale with the roasted red and golden beets, sliced red onion, pine nuts, and currants. Add thick slices of the DI LUSSO® Choice Black Angus Roast Beef and sprinkle the goat cheese on top. Toss with balsamic vinaigrette.
