- 1/2 pound DI LUSSO® Honey Turkey Breast, sliced in strips
- 1/4 pound DI LUSSO® Provolone Cheese, sliced in strips
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 4 cups mixed greens
Strawberry Vinaigrette
- 1 tablespoon strawberry jam
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
Place jam in a medium bowl and whisk in vinegar. Add olive oil. Add turkey, cheese, strawberries, walnuts and greens to bowl and toss.
