- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 pound DI LUSSO® Sun-Dried Tomato Turkey, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- olive oil
- 4 leaves romaine lettuce
Directions
Heat panini grill.
Spread each slice bread with cheese. Top 4 slices bread with turkey and onion. Cover with remaining slices bread. Lightly brush each sandwich with small amount of oil; cook on grill until toasted. Add lettuce to sandwiches and serve.
