- 2 ears roasted corn, cut from the cob
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 avocado, pitted, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1/2 pound DI LUSSO® Mesquite Style Chicken, cut in strips
- Chipotle ranch dressing
Directions
Distribute lettuce among four plates. Top with corn, tomatoes, avocado and chicken strips. Serve with chipotle salad dressing.
