- 1 lb. DI LUSSO® Cherrywood Smoked Ham, sliced thick
- 2 cups fusilli pasta
- 1 cup watercress
- ¾ cup dried cherries
- ½ cup feta cheese
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- 3 tbsp. garlic vinaigrette
- ¼ cup Parmesan for topping
Directions
Boil fusilli pasta in large pot to desired doneness and set aside (we like al dente noodles). In a separate large bowl, mix the washed watercress with dried cherries, feta cheese and sunflower seeds. Cut the DI LUSSO® Cherrywood Smoked Ham julienne style and add to the other salad ingredients. Toss with garlic vinaigrette and add a sprinkle of Parmesan for a little extra yum.
