- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 12 slices bread
- 1 bag fresh spinach
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced into rings
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into rings
- 1/4 pound DI LUSSO® Baby Swiss Cheese
- 1/2 pound DI LUSSO® Black Forest Ham
Directions
In medium bowl, combine cream cheese and pineapple; mix well. Spread 4 slices bread with half pineapple mixture; top evenly with spinach and bell peppers. Cover each with second slice bread; spread with remaining pineapple mixture. Top each evenly with cheese and ham. Cover with remaining slices bread. Secure with wooden picks.
