- 4 flour tortillas
- 1/2 pound DI LUSSO® London Broil Roast Beef, sliced
- 1/4 cup DI LUSSO® Horseradish Sauce
- 1/2 red or yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 4 spears asparagus, blanched and chopped
- 1/2 avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
Directions
On each tortilla, layer beef and top with horseradish sauce. Add peppers, asparagus, avocado and onion. Roll tightly and cut in half diagonally.
