- 6 (3/4-inch) thick slices artisan bread, toasted
- 12 tablespoons prepared spinach and artichoke dip or spread
- 6 pieces leaf lettuce
- 18 slices tomato
- 12 slices of DI LUSSO® Provolone Cheese
- 36 slices seedless cucumber
- 18 slices DI LUSSO® Cracked Pepper Turkey, thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced into thin wedges
Directions
Spread 2 tablespoons of spinach and artichoke dip on each piece of toasted bread. Place leaf lettuce on top of bread. On top of leaf lettuce place 3 tomato slices, 2 cheese slices, 6 cucumber slices, 3 turkey slices, and 4-5 onion slices. Serve
