- 1/2 pound DI LUSSO® Golden Brown Turkey Breast, slices cut in half
- 4 cups rice noodles, cooked
- 1 red pepper, seeded, cored and sliced
- 1 mango, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup julienned carrots
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup sugar snap peas, steamed
- Fresh cilantro, Thai basil and/or mint, chopped
- 1 lime, cut in wedges
Chili Lime Dressing
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili oil, or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Directions
Assemble salad ingredients. Combine all dressing ingredients in jar with tight-fitting lid; shake to mix. Top with dressing and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve with lime wedges.
