Wraps

  • 12 medium Bibb lettuce leaves, thoroughly washed
  • 1 pound DI LUSSO® Sun Dried Tomato Turkey, sliced
  • 1 cup giardiniera vegetables, well drained
  • 4 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (6.5 oz.) jar artichokes in water, well drained
  • balsamic glaze

Vinaigrette

  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup liquid from giardinara jar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon DI LUSSO® Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions

In small jar with tight fitting lid, combine all vinaigrette ingredients. Cover tightly. Shake.

Place 3 Bibb lettuce leaves on small plate. Layer DI LUSSO® sun dried tomato turkey, giardiniera vegetables, fresh mozzarella cheese and artichokes in leaves. Drizzle with vinaigrette, to taste, and top with balsamic glaze, to taste.
