Korean Beef Sliders with Kimchi Slaw

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup Napa cabbage, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup julienned radishes
  • ¼ cup julienned cucumber
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup matchstick carrots
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 8 ounces DI LUSSO® Seasoned Roast Beef Rare, thinly sliced
  • 4 sesame seed slider buns, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha

Directions

In medium bowl, whisk together first 3 ingredients. Add cabbage and next 6 ingredients, tossing to coat. Divide roast beef evenly among buns, top with desired amount of slaw.

In small bowl stir together soy sauce and Sriracha. Drizzle over cabbage mixture. Top with remaining bun tops.
