Dressing
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon DI LUSSO™ Deli Style Mustard
Salad
- 3 cups coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots) or sliced Napa cabbage
- 6 leaves Bibb lettuce, placed into 6 individual serving bowls to form “cups”
- 3/4 pound DI LUSSO® Oven Roasted Chicken, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
Directions
In medium bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, honey and mustard. Add coleslaw mix to bowl; toss to combine. Divide mixture evenly among lettuce cups. Top with chicken and pine nuts.
