Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Place pita bread on a lined baking pan and begin to build the flatbread by brushing with olive oil. Add two slices DI LUSSO® Havarti Cheese as a base for the flatbread. Next, add 3 slices DI LUSSO® Cherrywood Smoked Ham, cut into strips. Then, add a few slices of fresh peach and sprinkle with thyme.

Bake the flatbread for 12-15 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
