- 24 cocktail skewers
- ½ head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 ½ pounds DI LUSSO® Cracked Black Pepper Turkey Breast, sliced at a medium thickness (at the deil counter)
- 1 cucumber, sliced into rounds and then cut in half
- 24 pitted kalamata olives
- 12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 6 ounces feta cheese crumbles
Vinaigrette Dressing
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Mix ingredients for dressing. Set aside.
Distribute lettuce, turkey, cucumber, olives and cherry tomatoes among skewers. Pour dressing and sprinkle feta crumbles over skewers.
