- French baguette
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion (medium, thinly sliced)
- 1 green bell pepper, slice
- 8 ounces mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 pound DI LUSSO® Roast Beef, sliced thin
- 1/2 pound DI LUSSO® Provolone cheese, sliced
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
Cut baguette down the middle. Cut inch side into 6 even pieces.
Melt butter and oil in a medium-sized skillet. Cook onions, peppers and mushrooms over medium heat until they begin to soften. Season with salt and pepper and continue to cook until the onions begin to brown around the edges. Split the DI LUSSO® Roast Beef slices equally on bread. Top evenly with vegetables and DI LUSSO® Provolone cheese. Bake 450ºF for 5 minutes or until cheese has
melted.
