Barchettos al Greco (Little Greek Boats)

Wraps

  • 12 medium Bibb lettuce leaves, thoroughly washed
  • 1 pound DI LUSSO® Oven Roasted Turkey, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, any color
  • 1 package kalamata olives
  • 4 oz. package Feta cheese crumbles
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Lemon zest

Smoky Greek Yogurt Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika, to taste
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Kosher salt, to taste

Directions

In small bowl, combine all ingredients for Smoky Greek Yogurt Sauce.

Place 3 Bibb lettuce leaves on small plate. Layer DI LUSSO® Oven Roasted Turkey and peppers on leaves. Add DI LUSSO® Kalamata olives and crumbled cheese. Drizzle with smoked Greek Yogurt sauce. Garnish with lemon zest and black pepper, to taste.
