Applewood Chicken Pesto Sandwich

  • 1 Kaiser roll, toasted or grilled
  • 3 tablespoons pesto
  • 4 ounces DI LUSSO® Applewood Smoked Chicken, sliced
  • 1/2 cup WHOLLY GUACAMOLE® classic
  • 1/2 cup arugula leaves
  • 1/2 cup roasted red pepper strips
  • 1 tabelspoon crumbled feta cheese

Directions

Spread cut sides of bun with pesto. Place chicken and guacamole on the bottom bun. Layer with remaining ingredients. Top with remaining bun.
