- 2 slices Italian bread, toasted
- 1/2 cup WHOLLY GUACAMOLE® classic
- 4 ounces asparagus tips, blanched and cut in half lengthwise
- 4 ounces DI LUSSO® Applewood Smoked Chicken, thinly sliced
- 2 large eggs, poached
- 1/2 cup prepared Hollandaise sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Garnish: fresh chives, chopped
Directions
Spread each bread slice with guacamole. Top with asparagus and chicken. Place egg over chicken. Drizzle with warm Hollandaise sauce.
