- 1 medium cantaloupe, deseeded
- 1 small seedless watermelon
- 1 avocado, sliced into small cubes
- ¼ pound DI LUSSO® Prosciutto, sliced ultra-thin (at the deli counter) and cut in half lengthwise
- ¼ pound DI LUSSO® Mozzarella, sliced ¼ inch thick (at the deli counter) and cut into small cubes
- 1-2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
White Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ½ tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar or white wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Mix ingredients for vinaigrette. Set aside.
Use a melon baller to scoop out cantaloupe and watermelon. Place in a bowl with avocado, prosciutto and mozzarella.
Drizzle with vinaigrette. Right before serving, sprinkle with freshly chopped basil.
