- 24 cocktail skewers
- ½ head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 ½ pounds DI LUSSO® Cajun Style Turkey Breast, sliced at a medium thickness (at the deil counter)
- ½ pound DI LUSSO® Colby Jack, sliced ½ inch thick (at the deli counter) and cut into 24 cubes
- 2 bell peppers, cut into 24 wedges
- 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
- 1 (4 ounce) bag tortilla strips
Chipotle Lime Dressing
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup DI LUSSO™ Chipotle Mustard
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon lime juice
Directions
Mix ingredients for dressing. Set aside.
Distribute lettuce, turkey, cheese, bell peppers and cherry tomatoes among skewers. Pour dressing over skewers. Sprinkle black beans and tortilla strips over skewers.
