London Greens Salad

  • 1/4 pound DI LUSSO® London Broil Roast Beef
  • 1 package DI LUSSO® Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1/2 package DI LUSSO® Kalamata Olives
  • 10 medium spears Aspargus
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 ounce Amablu cheese
  • 1/4 sunflower seeds
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce and Arugula
  • Balsamic vinaigrette

Directions

Split ingredients into 2. Assemble greens in center of oval plate or platter. Around greens place mushrooms, aspargus (roast or grill before), sunflower seeds, Amablu cheese, DI LUSSO® red peppers and DI LUSSO® Kalamata Olives. Slice DI LUSSO® London Broil Roast Beef into strips and lay across bed of romaine and arugula.

Top with balsamic vinaigrette.
