Fast and Fiery BLT
It’s the BLT with a kick — DI LUSSO® Smoked Turkey, Bacon and Pepper Jack Cheese. Topped off with a fiery 3-chile mayo, between slices of wheat sourdough.

Ingredients:

12 slices bacon
-
8 slices wheat sourdough bread, toasted

4 pieces iceberg lettuce, cut into 4" squares

4 slices tomato, thickly sliced

1 1/3 cups mayonnaise

3 tablespoons cilantro
-
1 tablespoon chipotle chiles, finely chopped

1 teaspoon garlic , minced
-
1 teaspoon jalapeño , seeded and chopped

1 teaspoon lime juice
-
4 slices DI LUSSO® Colby Jack Cheese Shredded

9 ounces DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, turkey
Procedure:

Cook bacon until crisp, drain. Cut each slice in half.

Prepare 3-Chile Mayonnaise by combining mayonnaise, cilantro, chipotle chilies, garlic, jalapeno and lime juice. Mix well, then reserve and chill.

Spread 1 tablespoon of 3-Chile Mayonnaise on each slice of toast.

Divide bacon, turkey, cheese, lettuce and tomato among 4 slices of toasted bread.

Top each stack with remaining toast, mayonnaise side down.

Place sandwich picks in two opposite corners of the sandwich, then cut diagonnally in half.
