Di Lusso Mediterranean Turkey Salad

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, sun-dried tomato turkey breast, cut into thin strips
  • 2 (6.5-ounce) jars marinated artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons DI LUSSO® Pitted Kalamata Olives, halved
  • 1/2 cup Italian vinaigrette salad dressing

Procedure:

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients with dressing. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
  2. If desired, serve salad on a bed of lettuce.
