Aegean Salad with Pepperoni

Ingredients:
2 cups dry cavatelli pasta or medium pasta shells
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup DI LUSSO® Pitted Kalamata Olives
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Greek or Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano or 1½ teaspoons dried oregano leaves, or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, pepperoni, sliced
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Procedure:
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse under cold water.
In large bowl, combine pasta, celery, olives and Parmesan cheese.
In small bowl, combine salad dressing, yogurt, oregano and black pepper.
Toss dressing with pasta mixture until well combined. Cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
Before serving, fold in pepperoni, tomato and feta cheese.
