Di Lusso Peppy Pizza Dip with Crisp Italian Focaccia Wedges

Ingredients:
2 (10-ounce) cans refrigerated pizza crust
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup shredded fresh or grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup pizza sauce
3/4 cup DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, pepperoni, chopped
1 tablespoon shredded fresh or grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped onions
1 tablespoon chopped green onions plus extra for garnish
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 garlic clove, minced
Procedure:
Heat oven to 425°F.
Lightly grease 2 baking sheets.
Unroll dough from each can; place on baking sheets. Starting at center, press out dough with hands to form two 12x8-inch rectangles. Using fingers, press indentations randomly over dough.
Brush each rectangle with olive oil. Sprinkle each with 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 2 garlic cloves, and ¼ cup Parmesan cheese.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, in microwave-safe bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes. Stir. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Stir.
Cut warm focaccia into triangles. Serve with warm pizza dip.
