Hot Artichoke and Genoa Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 (13 3/4-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2/3 cup DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, Genoa salami, chopped
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 4 tablespoons green onion, sliced and divided
  • Toasted French bread slices

Procedure:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In bowl, combine artichoke hearts, salami, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and 3 tablespoons green onion.
  3. Spoon into 9-inch glass pie plate. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese and 1 tablespoon green onion over top.
  4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
  5. Serve with toasted French bread slices. Makes 2½ cups.
