Hot Artichoke and Genoa Dip

Ingredients:
1 (13 3/4-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2/3 cup DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, Genoa salami, chopped
3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
4 tablespoons green onion, sliced and divided
Toasted French bread slices
Procedure:
Heat oven to 350°F.
In bowl, combine artichoke hearts, salami, 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and 3 tablespoons green onion.
Spoon into 9-inch glass pie plate. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese and 1 tablespoon green onion over top.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
Serve with toasted French bread slices. Makes 2½ cups.
