Genoa Puffs in Mustard Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 cup DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, diced Genoa salami
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup seasoned dry breadcrumbs
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
3 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons Di Lusso® Dijon Mustard
Seasoned dry breadcrumbs
Vegetable oil
Procedure:
In bowl, combine salami, egg, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onion, cheese and hot pepper sauce; mix well. Divide mixture into 24 portions; shape into balls.
Pour breadcrumbs into shallow dish. Coat each salami puff with breadcrumbs.
Heat 2 inches of oil to 350°F.
Deep-fry a few puffs at a time 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown; drain and keep warm. Repeat with remaining puffs.
For dipping sauce, combine sour cream and mustard. Serve warm puffs with mustard sauce.
