Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 pound Di Lusso® Virginia Ham, 8 slices
  • 1/4 pound Di Lusso® Provolone cheese, 8 slices
  • 1 ripe pear
  • 1 (8-ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce

Procedure:

  1. Cut bread into 1/2-inch thick slices (about 32 slices). Brush slices with olive oil. Place bread on baking sheet. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  2. In bowl, combine sour cream and brown sugar. Spread 1/2 teaspoon sour cream mixture on each bread slice.
  3. Cut each ham slice and cheese slice into 4 quarters.
  4. Cut pear into quarters and remove core. Cut each pear quarter in half horizontally. Cut into thin slices.
  5. Wrap each pear slice with a slice of ham and a cheese slice. Place wrapped pear on each bread slice. Top with 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
