Serve a great tasting appetizer filled with delicious Di Lusso® deli meat.

Ingredients
  • 1 loaf Ciabatta bread, unsliced
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons prepared basil pesto
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, Hard Salami, sliced
  • 4 ounces DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, Pepperoni, sliced
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar DI LUSSO® Roasted Sweet Red Pepper Strips, drained
  • 8 ounces DI LUSSO® Deli Meats and Cheese, Provolone cheese, sliced

Directions
  1. Cut bread horizontally in half.
  2. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise and pesto.
  3. Spread mayonnaise mixture over bottom half of the bread.
  4. Top with lettuce.
  5. Layer salami, pepperoni, provolone, onion and roasted sweet red pepper strips.
  6. Add top of loaf.
  7. Diagonally cut sandwich into 16 pieces.
